The ROLL-A-BOUT can be rented on a daily or monthly basis. All rental units are factory adjusted to suit your individual measurements.

Units are shipped UPS ground with a prepaid return label.

TO ORDER A ROLL-A-BOUT FOR RENTAL

To place an order for your Roll-A-Bout to be shipped directly to your door via UPS please call our toll-free number 877-963-9637.  All rental orders require a security deposit of the retail price charged to a Visa, MasterCard,  or American Express.  The unused portion of the rental will be credited back to the card once the Roll-A-Bout has been returned.  The rental period begins when the patient receives the unit and ends when The Wheels of Fitness Inc. receives the unit back.  Please have the following information handy when calling:
1. The Patient's name
2. Shipping address
3. Billing Address
4. Phone number
5. Injured side (Left or Right)
6. Height of Patient
7. Weight of Patient
8. Inseam of Patient (please do not guess, this measurement is very important for the correct adjustment of the unit. Have the patient stand up straight with a sneaker on their good foot and have someone else measure from the crotch to the floor)

RENTAL RETURN INFORMATION
1. Please sign the Rental Agreement and return it in the enclosed self-addressed envelope.
2. Your RETURN LABEL is included in this envelope.  Keep the label in its pouch and place the Roll-A-Bout back in the box in which you received it when you are finished with it.
3. Remove the label from the pouch and adhere it over the label with your address on it.  Take the sealed Roll-A-Bout box to any authorized UPS shipping center or call UPS for a pick up.  Locations can be found at www.ups.com or at (888) PICK-UPS or (800-742-5877).
4. Replacement labels are an additional $5.00 and will delay the return of the Roll-A-Bout, adding additional rental fees.  Keep the return labels and box in a safe place!
5. Save the original box.  An empty box CAN NOT be sent to you.
6. Upon return of the Roll-A-Bout, the weekly charges will be deducted from your deposit and a credit for the balance will be applied to your credit card.
7. An invoice will be mailed to you once the Roll-A-Bout has been returned.  The invoice will show your weekly rental plus the shipping and handling charges.
